Welcome
We pursue research in a wide range of areas in microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) and microfluidics. We develop microflow control strategies, investigate flow physics of complex microflows, as well as microflow characterization methods. We also work on microoptical devices, sensing technology, biomedical microdevices and fabrication techniques for microelectromechanical structures.
